| Our hourly rate is $75 for services that do not have a flat fee. |
Rates
| Tech Guys on Call offers fixed and hourly rates depending on service rendered. We also offer discounted rates for volume purchases. Below you will see our list of rates. Payment is due at time of service. |
Site Visit
| The Site Visit minimum charge for non-TAP customers is $100 for the first hour and $75 per hour there after. The first hour charge includes a $25 Site Visit Fee. |
Performance Tuning
| The cost for performance tuning a PC is $75. If On Site performance tuning is desired, the Site Visit rate will apply. |
Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Adware Removal
| The cost for this task will generally be $75. If a blowtorch and crowbar are required, (persistent/unknown/destructive variants), additional charges will apply. If On Site cleansing is desired, the Site Visit rate will apply. |
Security Audit
Our security audit rates work on a sliding scale. We charge by each IP address scanned whether it is a PC or a router.
*Note: Fees for security audits are for the actual security audit and report. Correcting security weaknesses's is not included and will be billed at the hourly rate. |
Volume Purchases
You may purchase blocks of time at a discounted rate through our TAP Program (Technical Assistance Plan). Time can be used for all services onsite or on support phone calls.
